 In September, 2008, two members of Sail-Habilitation will be representing the US at the Paralympic Games in China. Rick Doerr, Bill Donohue and Tim Angle are the only Sonar racing team representing the UNITED STATES at the 2008 Paralympics in Quingdao, China.   Rick Doerr has been on our Sail-Habilitation Board of Directors since 1998 and Bill Donohue joined us four years ago.
